(More customer reviews)Short and sweet, this is the best vacuum I have ever used. This vacuum sucks so hard (thats a good thing), you can actually feel it pulling the carpet up as it goes.
The vibragroomer II brushroll vibrates every speck of dirt out of the carpet. All the moving parts are metal and steel with sealed bearings. This thing is made for some maid in a motel to vacuum 8 hours a day. It should last you pretty much forever. The bag costs $1 and can hold months worth of stuff. A new belt costs $1 and should last 6 months to a year. With a 50' power cord, you can do the whole house at once.
Ive owned expensive, bagless, dual V, pretty to look at, vacuum's that are very colorfull and exciting in presentation, but just dont last. They are all plastic with weak motors, and fall apart and cower in fear at the sight of my dog, cat and wife hair.This vacuum has a commercial motor, and is designed to easily dissaseble in seconds for easy cleaning (i pull out brushroll and remove hair every few uses).When parts do wear out, they are readily available. I expect to buy a new $35 brushroll and a new $20 fan every 3-5 years. Other then that, this machine will last 20 years.
