(More customer reviews)This module doesn't include the button overlay, which is glued to the module you're replacing. I don't even know if there's a part number for it. And it seems ridiculous that there isn't. However, you can do what I did and take a hairdryer to the edges of the overlay (this is where it is adhered)get it nice and hot then peel it off from one of the corners. The glue is quite gooey at this point, but its better than trying to peel it off when not hot and damaging the overlay. You can then easily place it onto the face of this module and once it cools, it seems to adhere just fine.
They obviously had problems with this module. You can see numerous differences on the replacement board when compared to the original. Hopefully this one will last longer than the original.
