(More customer reviews)I have a super small7' x 8' galley (one-butt) kitchen in my condo, so I purchased this unit after doing extensive research into smaller 27" ovens.I paired this with the Icon induction cooktop and the commercial microwave.I have used the oven about ten times and suddenly a black sooty burn mark appears on the hidden bake element cover.I was freaking out since the thing is so new, so I called the appliance tech assigned to the area for electrolux.He said the hidden bake element has "exploded".I don't really understand it since I have never lifted the cover of the bake element.But he took the electrolux reference number their warranty dept. had given me and he said he would "handle it".Up till now the oven has looked nice and baked a mean set of cookies.Whatever they do, I will be happy once it gets replaced and I don't have to look at the burn anymore!
