(More customer reviews)The very first time I tried to start it, the pull rope got stuck. Called the company and they gave me the names of the only two authorized service centers in New Jersey. Both the centers were over 20 miles away. Turned out that one of the centers had gone out of business and the other one was my only option. Took it in there, they said if it was a manufacturer's defect, it would be covered under warranty. After a week they called me back and said there was an extra screw in there which caused the Pull rope to get stuck and they fixed it under warranty. Since the time I brought it back, it has been working great and I like it so far.
