(More customer reviews)Delivery was prompt and item is fine.However I was never sent any attachments...none, just the upright vacuum cleaner.The vacuum cleaner itself is easy to use.However, it has no intermediate adjustments that lock in.As a result, it is hard to go up on floor surfaces (eg throw rugs) as it requires putting the vacuum totally upright and lifting it and then putting your foot on the base and pulling the arm back down to its totally flexible position.
